Section 7 Disposition versions

7. A bailiff shall enter on a register the following information with respect to each of the proceedings for which he receives an amount of money:

(1)  the date and number of the receipt;

(2)  the name of the client;

(3)  the case number;

(4)  the names of the parties;

(5)  the nature of the proceeding;

(6)  the total amount received;

(7)  the date and the amount of the withdrawal;

(8)  the name of the payee; and

(9)  the cheque number.
